Residents in North Devon and Torridge are being urged to make sure they are ready to vote ahead of local elections on Thursday, 1 May.

An Ilfracombe man has received a fine for breaches of a Community Protection Notice (CPN) against him, following a successful prosecution from North Devon Council.

The shortlist for northern Devon's Flourishing Culture Awards has been announced ahead of the first ever awards ceremony. This will take place on Friday 28 March at the Park Hotel in Barnstaple, where the winners will be announced.
