In accordance with our data retention policy each service and unit within the council has prepared, and periodically reviews, a retention schedule which sets out the categories of records held, a description of those records, the retention period and the basis for adopting that retention period.

After the periods referenced in the retention schedules, we securely destroy your personal information in accordance with our data retention policy.
