This form should be used to make an application for a non-material amendment (or amendments) to an existing planning permission.

Whether or not a proposed amendment is non-material will depend on the circumstances of the case – a change which may be non-material in one case could be material in another.

The following items are needed

• Application form and ownership certificate
• Fee 
• Block plan (scale 1:500) or site plan (scale 1:200) – if the proposal will alter the approved footprint
• Site levels (scale 1:200) – if the proposal will alter the approved change in the level of the land
• Floor plans –proposed (scale 1:50 or 1:100) – if the proposal will alter the approved floor plan(s)
• Elevation drawings proposed (scale 1:50 or 1:100) – if the proposal will alter the approved elevation(s)
• Cross section drawings through building –proposed (scale 1:50 or 1:100) – if the proposal will alter the approved cross section(s)
