A guide on how to renew a resident's parking permit


  1. Log into PermitSmarti account online
  2. Select 'copy to new application'
  3. Check and select 'next'
  4. Check details, select start date (maximum of one month ahead) and complete 'questions'. Select 'next'. Double check all information is correct and if it is select 'proceed'
  5. The application will then be sent through to the parking office for approval. Proof of residency and car ownership will be requested each time a new application is submitted. This is to ensure that permits are only issued to those who meet the required criteria.
