North Devon Council is responsible for monitoring on-site Public Open Space delivery on new housing developments and when on-site delivery is not viable, NDC is responsible for distributing off-site POS funding for new and enhanced public open space and community facilities within relatable proximity of the contributing development site to ensure there is capacity to cater for the new population.
