144 requests for information were received between 1 October and 31 December 2021, of those requests:

  • 133 were answered within the 20 working day statutory time limit
  • 78 were granted in full (not exemption or exception was applied)
  • 5 required clarification/further information from the applicants, all 5 of which no response was received, therefore those requests were closed and no further action was taken
  • 38 requests were received, and then, upon further research, transferred/referred (some in part) to other local authorities/external organisation(s)
  • 1 was initially logged under FOI but subsequently transferred to Data Protection to handed under a Subject Access Request
  • 1 was permitted extensions to the response deadline
  • 23 were partially withheld/refused
  • 12 were fully withheld/refused
  • 37 were responded to in full or part in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)

 

During this quarter, the average number of days that it took to respond to a request was 12.7 working days
