131 requests for information were received between 1 July and 30 September 2022, of those requests:

  • 115 were answered within the 20 working day statutory time limit
  • 5 were responded to late (officer error)
  • 99 were granted in full (not exemption or exception was applied)
  • 4 required clarification/further information from the applicants, 1 of which no response was received from applicant, therefore the request was closed and no further action was taken
  • 26 requests were received, and then, upon further research, transferred/referred (some in part) to other local authorities/external organisation(s)
  • 1 was logged under FOI and later dealt with under day to day business
  • 4 were permitted extensions to the response deadline
  • 14 were partially withheld/refused
  • 9 were fully withheld/refused
  • 29 were responded to in full or part in accordance with the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR)

 

During this quarter, the average number of days that it took to respond to a request was 17.7 working days
