Installers that wish to submit ECO4 LA Flex applications for residents of North Devon will need to agree to our memorandum of understanding and data sharing agreements in advance.

You will need to provide the following documents for us to review:

• Copies of Trustmark / PAS certification
• Insurance documentation
• Company information (registered office & company number)
• 2 local authority references
• Copies of your complaint/reparation procedure and how disputes are settled
• Reasons why you have chosen to work in North Devon. North Devon Council (NDC) selects companies that are pro-active in North Devon and welcomes installers that will maximise take up of ECO flex funding to the benefit of our community.

North Devon Council (NDC) will publish your company name, address and contact details on our website for our customers to contact you directly. 

NDC is currently accepting applications through routes 1, 2 and 3 as described in our statement of intent.

NDC will have an administration charge levied in providing the declaration necessary for clients to access the ECO Flexible Eligibility Scheme of £100 + VAT. This charge must be paid by the energy supplier or their agent and may not under any circumstances be passed on to the client receiving assistance via the scheme.
