Funding is available to ‘kick-start’ local projects and to encourage local action for projects and services that will make a real difference at community level.   Funding can be sought for capital and revenue projects that will benefit residents of at least two parishes, and meet identified community needs.

Applications which show that town and parish councils and voluntary and community groups are working together to trial solutions to local issues, empower communities and enable community resilience are welcomed.  Projects that develop community self-help within an area will be particularly supported.
